Mainly focused on the bag but not limited to it, high intensity.

For the more advanced boxers.

Gum shields and head guards essential.

Quick warm up and then open spar in the ring!

Work through a circuit of stations.

Body weight, free weights and machines.

High and low intensity for cardio and strength.

For intermediate boxers and above.

Improve footwork, ring craft, speed, timing and distance.

Technical sparring can be expected so bring a gum shield!
